Everything you need to know before creating their book.

Which photo should I choose?

A sharp, well-lit photo taken from the front, where your child's face is clearly visible. Avoid sunglasses, filters and blurry photos.

Can I see the book before it's printed?

Yes. You can see a preview with your child's photo before confirming your order.

What age is it suitable for?

Our stories are designed for children aged 2 to 10.

Is my child’s photo safe?

Your child’s photo is used only to create their book. It is never sold or shared with third parties, except for the service providers needed to create and print the book, and it is deleted within the time frames set out in our privacy policy.

How long does shipping take?

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Allow usually 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

What if I’m not happy with the result?

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, write to us with your order number and photos, ideally within 7 days of receiving it: we’ll offer you a reprint, a replacement or a refund.
