Yes. It is used only to create their book and is never sold or shared. We keep it for 7 days if you don’t place an order (30 days if the book is in your cart), and for 30 days after your order has shipped.

Which photo should I choose?
A sharp, well-lit photo taken from the front, where your child's face is clearly visible. Avoid sunglasses, filters and blurry photos.
Can I see the book before it's printed?
Yes. You can see a preview with your child's photo before you confirm your order.
What age is it suitable for?
Our stories are designed for children aged 2 to 10.
Is my child's photo safe?
Your child's photo is used only to create their book. It is never sold or shared with third parties, except for the service providers needed to create and print the book, and it is deleted within the timeframes set out in our privacy policy.
How long does shipping take?
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Allow usually 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, write to us with your order number and photos, ideally within 7 days of receiving it: we'll offer you a reprint, a replacement shipment or a refund.

I highly recommend ordering a personalized book from Nimora. I ordered “The Courageous Firefighter” for a friend's grandson, for Christmas. I asked for unusual changes: turn the fire truck blue so that it looks like ours, and add the names of the grandfather and the father because they are firefighters too. The company did its best to accommodate. The result is superb and I know this book will be special for the whole family.
The book I received is beautiful, the illustrations are very pretty. I really liked that you can choose between different faces of the child for each drawing. So I chose the one that looked most like him, which isn't the case on other sites. The effect is astonishing, you can recognize the child perfectly.
