How does a Nimora book work?
You choose an adventure, add a photo of your child and their first name, then see a preview before confirming. We then print their personalized book and deliver it to you.
Which photo should I choose?
A sharp, front-facing, well-lit photo where your child's face is clearly visible and they are on their own. Avoid sunglasses, filters and blurry photos.
Can I see the book before it's printed?
Yes. You can see a preview with your child's photo before confirming your order.
What ages are the books suitable for?
Our stories are designed for children aged 2 to 10.
Does my child's first name appear in the book?
Yes, you enter their first name when personalizing the book, and it features throughout the story.
Is my child's photo safe?
Your child's photo is used only to create their book. It is never sold or shared with third parties, apart from the service providers needed to create and print the book, and it is deleted within the time frames set out in our privacy policy.
Where are the books printed?
Our books are printed on demand, especially for your child.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Allow usually 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't gone into production, we can try to change or cancel it: write to us as soon as possible. Once the book has been sent for printing, this is no longer possible, as it is made especially for your child.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
If your book arrives damaged, badly printed or not as ordered, write to us with your order number and photos, ideally within 7 days of receiving it: we will offer you a reprint, a replacement shipment or a refund.
