Simple, quick, and you see the result before you order.
Got questions?
Answers to the most common questions before you get started.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You see your child in the story before you order, with no payment and no commitment.
How long does it take to see the preview?
About 30 seconds. Stay on the page: the preview will appear as soon as it’s ready.
Why was my photo rejected?
For the book to really look like your child, the photo needs to be taken from the front, well lit, with the face clearly visible (no hat, sunglasses, headband or hair bow) and only one child in it. If it doesn't work, we'll tell you why and you can choose another photo.
Can I change their hairstyle?
The hairstyle shown in the photo is the one used in the book. So choose a photo where you like it.
Is my child's photo safe?
Yes. It's used only to create their preview and their book. It's deleted automatically: within 7 days if you don't order (30 days if the book is in your cart), and no later than 30 days after shipping if you do. You can also ask us to delete it at any time.
How long will it take to receive the book?
Allow usually 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed. You can follow its progress on the « Track my order » page.
