I love the careful personalization of everything that makes up this little gem of a book to give as a gift: the drawings are incredible, you can recognize the baby's / child's features, it even lets you imagine the face they'll have later on (with different hairstyles, too! 😉), the facial expressions are carefully done and not always the same, and all this from just 4 different photos! I had a great experience. I had questions and customer service answered very quickly. I can't get over how much it looks like my grandson's photo. I asked to modify some pages because his eyes weren't the right color (too blue), but in the end I think he's going to love it.
