Terms of service

These terms of service apply to every order placed on nimorakid.com with Nimora, Holenackerstrasse 65, 3027 Bern, Switzerland ("Nimora", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you ("you", "the customer") agree to them.
1. Our products
Nimora sells the Nimora Focus System, an activity workbook for children, in two editions (Ages 3–6 and Ages 7–10) and two formats:
- Printable PDF: a digital file you download and print at home. Nothing is shipped.
- Printed workbook: the same workbook, printed in color and shipped to your home in the United States.
The activities are for fun practice at home. The Nimora Focus System is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic product, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or evaluation.
2. Orders
You choose the edition and the format on the product page, then pay at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and you receive a confirmation email. Please check the edition (Ages 3–6 or Ages 7–10) and, for the printed workbook, your shipping address before you pay.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars for customers in the United States (or in the currency offered for your country). Shipping is free for printed workbooks delivered in the United States. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. All payments are one-time payments: there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
4. Payment
You pay online at checkout with the payment methods offered there. Payments are processed by our secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Printable PDF: your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you right after checkout.
Printed workbook: we ship to addresses in the United States, free of charge. The delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and you receive a tracking link when your order ships. Details are in our shipping policy.
6. Our 7-day happy kid guarantee and refunds
If the Nimora Focus System isn't a good fit for your family, email us within 7 days of your purchase (Printable PDF) or within 7 days of delivery (Printed workbook) and we'll refund you in full. If a file doesn't work, or a printed workbook arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll fix it. All the details are in our refund policy. This does not limit any rights you have under the law of your place of residence.
7. Your license to use the PDF
When you buy the Printable PDF, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it and print as many copies as you like for the children in your own household. You may not share, send, upload, resell or distribute the file or printed copies outside your family, use it in a classroom or a paid service, or remove our name from it. Teachers and schools: please contact us for a classroom license.
8. Intellectual property
The workbooks, activities, texts, illustrations, the Nimora name and logo, and our mascot Nimo belong to Nimora and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a workbook does not transfer any of these rights to you, except the license described in section 7.
9. Colors and printing
The workbook is designed in full color. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, printer, ink and paper. The PDF is laid out in A4 format and prints on US Letter paper using your printer's "Fit to page" option.
10. Use with children
The activities are designed for children of the age shown on each edition. Some activities use pencils, crayons or markers: please supervise young children and use materials suited to their age. Stop any activity your child doesn't enjoy.
11. Liability
We take care to provide accurate, working products. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, an incorrect address you entered, or events beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence. If you have a problem, please write to us first: we'll do our best to solve it quickly.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
