Refund policy

This policy applies to the Nimora Focus System workbooks bought on nimorakid.com: the Printable PDF and the Printed workbook.

Our 7-day happy kid guarantee

If the Nimora Focus System isn't a good fit for your family, email us at info@nimorakid.com within 7 days of your purchase (Printable PDF) or within 7 days of delivery (Printed workbook), with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Download or printing problems

If your download link doesn't work, a page is missing or a file won't print properly, write to us and we'll send you a working file right away.

Damaged or misprinted workbook

If your printed workbook arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a new one or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Wrong edition?

Bought Ages 3–6 but meant Ages 7–10 (or the other way around)? Email us within 7 days and we'll swap your PDF edition at no cost.

After 7 days

Because PDF files can be downloaded and printed immediately, purchases are final after the 7-day guarantee period, except where the law requires otherwise.
