This policy explains what personal information Nimora collects when you visit nimorakid.com or buy a Nimora Focus System workbook, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Nimora, Holenackerstrasse 65, 3027 Bern, Switzerland, is responsible for your personal information. For any privacy question or request, write to info@nimorakid.com.

2. Our products are bought by adults

Our workbooks are made for children but sold to parents and other adults. We do not ask children for any information, we do not create accounts for children, and our site is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. We never ask for a child's name, photo or school. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. What we collect

  • Order information: your name, email address, billing address, shipping address (printed workbook only), phone number if you give it, and what you bought. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
  • Messages: what you send us by email or through the contact form.
  • Reviews: if you leave a review, your name or initials, your review and any photo you choose to add.
  • Browsing information: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location from your IP address, and cookies or similar technologies (see section 7).
  • Marketing preferences: whether you agreed to receive our emails.

4. Why we use it

  • to process your order, deliver your PDF by email or ship your printed workbook, and send order and shipping updates;
  • to provide customer service, handle refunds under our guarantee, and prevent fraud;
  • to ask you for a review after your purchase;
  • to send you news and offers, only if you agreed (you can unsubscribe at any time from any email);
  • to measure and improve our site and our advertising;
  • to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run our store, and only as needed:

  • Shopify, our online store and checkout platform, and its payment processors;
  • the apps that run on our Shopify store for digital file delivery, product reviews and bundle offers;
  • our print-and-ship partner and carriers, for printed workbooks (name and shipping address only);
  • our email tool, if you subscribe to our emails;
  • advertising and analytics partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and Pinterest, through cookies and pixels, to measure and show our ads;
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are located outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

6. Targeted advertising and your choices

Using advertising cookies and pixels may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information, or "targeted advertising", under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time on our Your privacy choices page. You can also email us to opt out.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work (for example, your cart and checkout) and, depending on your location and choices, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choices from our cookie banner where it is shown, or block cookies in your browser settings.

8. How long we keep it

  • Order and invoicing records: for the period required by accounting law (up to 10 years under Swiss law).
  • Customer service messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then for the applicable limitation period.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. Write to info@nimorakid.com. We will verify your request and answer within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If we refuse a request, you can ask us to reconsider it by replying to our answer.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Payments go through a secure, encrypted checkout.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
